I know it's not even quite July yet but I wanted to gauge the feelings of blog readers on fantasy football for this fall.It's fun, free, and easy to play. I am looking to set up a league for all my blog and twitter friends to play in. I haven't decided yet yet which platform to use but it will probably be either yahoo or CBSSportsline.
The league can have as few as 8 or as many as 20 teams to play so there is plenty of room for all. Our league will be set up to auto draft which means that you will rank your favorite players and the site will pick them for you so we do not all have to be online at the same time. The league format will be Head to head which means that each week you will play against a specific opponent instead of the whole league. Depending on the number of teams we will look at divisions and playoff format to determine the champion. You will be able to set your lineup ahead of time so playing will not take up a lot of your time. however it will be fun. (Yes, Dana and Kimmeh I said fun and not too serious)

I'm in. I don't know much about it, but football (REAL FOOTBALL) is my favorite sport so even if my team isn't any good, it sounds fun. :-)

OOoooooo. Intruiging. I've never played before but I've always been interested. I'll have to do some research and get back to you. I'm not exactly sure how to do it.
My boys have started wearing their Packer shirts again. I think they are psyched for football season to start. :)
Oh Absolut this blog league will be for fun... The one we are in together (you know that one I won the Super Bowl in last year) will be for trying to break me... lol
Seriously Kat and others this is really easy to play. (almost too easy to play) The biggest thing you need to do is make sure before the start of each week's games that you have a full roster.
I have a league on ESPN, but will play in your league too if you have an opening. Losing in multiple leagues is always more fun than just losing in one league.

I have a money league that has been going on for about 20 years now, and have played in jay's league the last two years, but can always find time to join another
i know nothing, nothing about fantasy football. seriously for all i know you just made it up...
anyways. football pretty much rocks in every single way (i'd marry it if i could) so I'm in. lol
If I only have to worry about it once a week I'm willing to try it out. Tried Fantasy Baseball and things got complicated then I couldn't do it at work...
