For those of you not familiar with Cheerwine, it is a wonderful sparking cherry-ish soda that was invented in Salisbury, NC where I grew up which is teaming itself up with Winston-Salem based Krispy Kreme doughnuts. I will have to report back once I have had one as to exactly how blissfully excellent it is, but I must apologize to you in advance that unless you live in North or South Carolina you won't be able to try this delicious treat because they are apparently only making it available in just this area.
I found a picture of one of these things and figured I would share with you...
Just another wonderful reason that I live in the best place on earth, North Carolina. Thank you for letting me share with you all.

I've never had cheerwine so I can't say whether they sound good or not, but KK has never steered me wrong so they probably are tasty.
My college roommate was from Salisbury and loved Cheerwine. I'm pretty indifferent on it. Krispy Kreme, on the other hand, I have very postive feelings for. And since I am NC born and bred, and always want to feel a part of something special, I will have to hunt these down.
Mmmmmmmmmm... Cheerwine makes me happy.
I wouldn't like that type of Krispy Kreme. I prefer the plain glazed variety, warm from the conveyor belt. There's a KK store between my work and home and passing it with the windows down is torture. I've not had one for about 3 yeras. I'm so strong!
There's a Krispy Kreme right across the street from the Evil Twin's office. We'll have to seek the SC only ones when we visit in August. :-)
You know my first experience with CHeerwine was at Lutheridge. I always associate the two ever since then.
Now I want a donut. Thanks........ :)
I gained 1/2 stone looking at that...yikes.
Nearest Krispy Kreme is an hour away. I was disappointed when they stopped with the free warm donut. :(
I usually don't like stuff in my donuts. I like the sour creme glaze at KK the bestest!
