IT'S RAINING GIANTS!!!

In one of the greatest (and sloppiest) football games I have ever seen, the New York Giants defeated the Green Bay Packers and are going to Super Bowl XLII against the New England Patriots! Wow!!! I was a bar watching the game and completely lost my voice from screaming at the TV for 3 hours.

The Patriots are undefeated and have an 18 and 0 record. So my rally cry for the next two weeks before the Super Bowl will be '18 and 1! 18 and 1!'
If the New York Giants beat the Patriots in the Super Bowl, it will be the greatest victory in the history of mankind! WHOOAAAAHOOO!!!!!!!!

I'm pretty surprised that NY won the game. I really expected the Packers to win.

The biggest thing the Giants have to do though is score touchdowns. You saw today that while the Chargers were kicking field goals, the Pats were scoring touchdowns.

No stalled drives and having to kick field goals for the Giants in the Super Bowl or they'll get crushed!

Jay, And how about Eli Manning?! No interceptions in the playoffs! This is so sweet. I am going to savor these next two weeks.

Hymnt...!!! I am really too pissed to be leaving a comment BUT since you guys are one of my favorites then I guess I will say this....

NY was LUCKY. Only that. Green Bay should have won the game. I am in mourning at this time. I will have much to say tomorrow.

TMC Enjoy your moment in time... but remember this: There is a WONTON THEIF right around the corner! Ha!

*grumble*growl*

It was supposed to be the Chargers and the Packers in the Super Bowl. Now there isn't even a reason to watch.

Thank goodness it's only 26 days until Daytona!

I hope the Giants can beat the Pats but I am afraid not... I am with Dana on this one. The only good thing about this Super Bowl is that my wife decided we need a new HDTV for our party.... Yay! Daytona is almost here.

Doc-
Anything to make you happy! I mean, really, Patrick can't watch his first Superbowl on the t.v. we have.

I am a Jets fan, but I had to throw my support behind the Giants.

A Favre/Brady superbowl would have been nice, but I am interested to see if the Giants can actually pull this off.

I have to say this...Favre gave the game to the Giants, he does it all of the time, pressures on and his aim is always off.
Good luck in the Superbowl, it was a good game, close and stressful. But hey 90 yards for Driver, you can't not say that was awesome!!!!
My football craze is now done...time for NASCAR.

I need to think of better poll ideas....

The Super Bowl should be in Detroit every year because of global warming.

Go Patriots!

The Giants are going to fall even harder than they did the last time.
