Thanks everyone for your comments. That candy bar is actually a collectors item. It is the same one that Carl Spackler found in the pool in the film Caddyshack! It is autographed by Bill Murray too.
I think it is entirely possible that Micky-T's head could swell to the problematic size of tipping off his level...LOL!!!
