2 things...

First of all I want to welcome a new Contributing blog writer to our little slice of heaven here at You Jut Keep On Believing That... As American as Apple Pie who posts here and you guys are I am sure familiar with is going to contribute from time to time. I guess she thinks that the place needed a female touch...LOL no actually she is going to post/host a weekly discussion on Dancing with the Stars (which I know nothing about) and other social commentary as well. 2 things pop into my mind. First, Maybe the place can use a little bit of a female touch... and second...Dammit if she isn't a Republican too which means I am outnumbered 3 to 1 by Republican contributors on my own blog... Yeesh. Anyway welcome "Apple" as I call her because I am too lazy to type out the whole darn thing.

Second Mt. Cat and I are hosting an NCAA tournament Pool on Yahoo Fantasy sports because I thought it would be fun. All of the information is over on the right hand side of the page. I would love it if everyone of our regulars played because it will give us 3 weeks of competition. It will only take about 10 minutes to do your picks once they are available next Sunday so please join up when you get a minute and we can all have some fun with this.

I didn't know there were still three people who would publicly admit to being republicans. ;-)

I'll join the tourney pool. You need somebody to finish dead last. I always pick Duke to go out in the first round. I know it's a pipe dream, but someday it will come true!

I'm happy to welcome Apple to YOUR blog.
Dancing WTS doesn't do a lot for me, but my wife sure does love it and I enjoy that!
Female Touch- Good Thing!

The sports thing on the side.....

Apple, Aren't you disapointed at the total lack of hotties on this years cast of DWTS. I think Steve G. is a sweetie but not a hottie. This year may be the best source of comic relief. That's harsh I know. I can't dance so more power to them. I enjoy the show and look forwrd to reading your take on it.

One more thing: I want to wish my cousin Patricia a quick recovery. She is a regular contributor to this blog and went to the hospital feeling chest pains. Patty you are like a big sister me and I hope you get better soon so we can hear your funny comments again soon. Love, Vincent (aka The Mountain Cat).

Well thanks for the warm welcome guys! I will do my best by you. I'm really looking forward to adding my touch to the blog. I'll try not to femme it up too much!

Yes, I'm proud to be a Republican. However, I have been a Democrat in the past.

Jahooni--there will be a contest for picking the winner at the end. I will have it set up partway through cause it's really not fair to try and choose in the early weeks. About an award...hmmm, I'll give it some thought.
