Word Game Winner

As always the answers to the word game were fantastic and made for a very hard decision and I want to thank everyone for playing. However one stood out.... This weeks winner is Bina who writes Just Another Day. Here is her entry which I think is hilarious:

Monsignor Gianfanco Girotti advised that the church is going to recognize farting in the grocey store and dustcropping other shoppers as a big no-no. (even though I think she meant cropdusting - that made it all the more funny to me)

Tuesday Word Game Winner 3/5

A big thank you to all who submitted answers for yesterday's Word Game... As usual everyone was on their game and really brought it with the answers. As always they were all really good. Word Game Winner

Thank you all for your entries in the Tuesday word game. This weeks was truly fantastic because there were a ton of very funny entries. At times like this I wish that I had the wisdom of Solomon. Lacking that wisdom I have to go with the wisdom of our readers. So many of you agreed that even though he should not be eligible that my fellow blogger Mt. Cat's entry was the funniest. I must agree because I actually spit out the soda I was drinking when I read this entry:

"In addition to dancing, President Bush also showed his previously unseen talent for his best Lionel Richie imitation when serenading his Secretary of State: 'Condoleezza say de moi ya Yeah, Jambo Jumbo! Way to parti' o we goin' Oh, jambali! Condoleezza say de moi ya Yeah, JUMBO JUMBO! Oh, O, O, O, Yes! We're gonna have a party, Yeah, ugh! All night long (all night)' "

Word Game Winner !

Thank you to all who participated in TuesdayWord Game... Great responses. However I had to pick just one and this weeks winner is Jay the Cynical Bastard.... for this response:

So to ensure that Beijing is ready to host the Olympic games authorities have also decided to ....provide needle disposal stations throughout the event facilities so the athletes can dispose of their HGH supplies properly.

This made me laugh the hardest (and may be not be too far fetched) so congrats Jay ... you won the Peach !!

Tuesday Word Game winner

We have a winner in the Tuesday word game !! It was a tough choice because all the answers were really good however someone had to win and this weeks winner is Leighann for her answer:
"Perez Hilton is said to be bent over in anticipation of the arrival of the bus and it's possible extraterrestrial occupants."
Congrats Leighann, that answer made me laugh the most, not to mention a disturbing mental image. So here is your award. It's the BIG PEACH!!
I wanted something with a bit of local flavor so this is a picture of the watertower in Gaffney SC (just google Gaffney Peach) that faces I-85. The big joke of course is that they put the crack of the peach facing the road and it really looks like a "full moon". A perfect and hopefully original trophy for winning the Tuesday word game.
